Your consumer guarantees, our change-of-mind window, and how to arrange a return.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change-of-mind returns (eligible accessories)
For in-stock accessories purchased online, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused, in its original undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A restocking fee may apply to bulky items.
Made-to-order & fitted products
Tray bodies, canopies, service bodies and any custom or made-to-order items are built and/or fitted to your vehicle and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your consumer guarantees for faulty goods still apply, and all Duratray tray bodies are backed by our 5-year warranty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to request a return
Email sales@duratray.net.au or call (07) 3899 7000 with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved returns can be posted to or dropped at 27 Neumann Rd, Capalaba QLD 4157.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We'll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
