Choosing a BT-50 tray
The BT-50 shares its underpinnings with the Isuzu D-Max, so much of the same fitment logic applies — alloy for most owners (lighter, no rust), steel for heavy industrial loads. Read our aluminium vs steel guide.
Typical BT-50 tray sizes
| BT-50 cab | Common tray length |
|---|---|
| Single cab | ≈ 2,400 mm |
| Freestyle / extra cab | ≈ 2,100 mm |
| Dual cab | ≈ 1,800 mm |
Widths around 1,800–1,900 mm. Final dimensions depend on the tray model — we size every build to your BT-50.
